What this policy covers
This policy explains how Mom's Next Best Home collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you visit the provider site, create or use a provider account, manage facilities and listings, receive leads, purchase services, or contact us.
Information we collect
- Account and contact details, such as your name, email, phone number, organization, role, and login information.
- Facility and listing information, including capacity, location, services, pricing, availability, photos, videos, and other content you submit.
- Lead and communication information, including family or agency inquiries, contact details, messages, notes, status, and engagement history.
- Billing and transaction information, such as billing contacts, purchases, subscriptions, metered usage, refunds, and payment status. Payment-card details may be collected directly by our payment processor.
- Usage and device information, including pages and features used, browser and device details, approximate location derived from network information, cookies, and diagnostic records.
- Information you provide when requesting support, participating in a promotion, or communicating with us.
How we use information

- create, secure, and support provider accounts;
- publish and promote listings you choose to make public;
- deliver, route, retain, and bill for leads and services;

- improve platform performance, usefulness, safety, and reliability; and

We do not make private provider account information public unless you choose to publish it or sharing is otherwise described in this policy.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform, maintain purchased lead and transaction history, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal and accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by information type. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update account and listing information in the provider portal, manage team access, and request account deletion from the account page. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information. Some information may be retained when needed for contracts, billing, security, legal compliance, or other permitted purposes.
Browser settings may let you limit cookies, although some platform features may not work as expected. You may opt out of promotional messages using the instructions provided, while continuing to receive necessary account and service messages.
Children's privacy
Provider accounts are for adults acting in a professional or business capacity and are not directed to children.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
